Power steering fails, making it difficult to maneuver hard turns. This has caused me to go off the road and nearly wreck/strike other cars. After much research this is a common issue in these cars. It occurs at city and highway speeds. It's hard to steer at high and low speeds.

While driving freeway, highway, in a parking lot or at a stop light my cars electronics are shutting off and occasionally the engine shuts off and my steering locks up. Sounds like the p60 recall but my car vin does not qualify but had all the same symptoms and is very dangerous. This car is my only way to work and it's been getting worse and i have been denied a fix on this. This is not safe at all

When at a stop when going to accelerate to cross an intersection the car goes but suddenly feels as if it looses power really quick and slows down as if my foot is not on the gas and then there's a hard kick (or jerk) that the car does and it revs up as if it didn't slow down on its own and it goes. This has happened when trying to accelerate from a complete stop and while trying to gain speed on the highway.
