DASHBOARD GUAGE SO AND HEADLIGHTS LOSE POWER.

Headlight switch appears to be flaking out; with switch on headlights and associated parking and dashboard light flutter on and off, same effect when i turn switch to off position. Just started about a month ago at 90k miles. I believe the headlight switch in the dashboard is defective. *kb
