Power steering goes out completely without warning , wasn't out of fluid completely but added some and went out again after , car was inspected and nothing is wrong with the pump or reservoir and shouldn't go out . It goes out while driving down the road then comes back on , does not make any noises or anything else , cannot turn and randomly comes on and off while driving

My issue with the vehicle is the rack and pinion locking up on me when i turn left. I took it into dodge and they didn't want to do anything with it because the problem wasn't happening at the time that it was brought into the shop, this was when i had warranty that i paid extra for and everything.
